RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-days return window. Return shipping costs are not covered. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk, we aren't responsible for lost packages. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it + in its original packaging.
↩️ How to return an order
Return your order by following these steps (*earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective):
1. Email us at contact@karliekarlo.com with your order number and reason for return to get started.
2. Ship your return using your preferred shipping method to our Los Angeles, CA return address.
3. Include a note inside the package with your order number so we can identify your return.
4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund.
💸 Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item and will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider/bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us: contact@karliekarlo.com.
