SHIPPING QUESTIONS
🌎 Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Los Angeles, California. As our jewelry is handmade, please allow 1-5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipping. Once your order is on its way, you'll be notified at the email address you used to place your order.

🌐 Any duties and taxes?
Some international orders might be subject to customs duties. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are beyond our control.

Processing time: 1-5 business days

📦 Has my order been shipped yet?
Once your order has been processed + shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If your order was just shipped, please allow some time for the tracking to update. Don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re happy to help <3
📍Package marked as “Delivered” but is missing?
Oh no! Sometimes packages are accepted by a neighbor, building staff, or someone at home. If you’ve checked around and still can’t find it, reach out and we’ll get in touch with the carrier to look into it.
🖋️ Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We move fast to get your order out quickly! If you need to make a change, email us at contact@karliekarlo.com ASAP 📨. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can catch it in time.
🔄 Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to update it for you. After processing, we won’t be able to make changes, but we'll assist if you need to contact the carrier.
🔍 My package is lost in transit?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 7 business days, just shoot us an email at contact@karliekarlo.com. We’ll look into it with the carrier and make things right, whether that means reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
↩️ How do I return an order?
Return your order by following these steps (*earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective):
1. Email us at contact@karliekarlo.com with your order number and reason for return to get started.
2. Ship your return using your preferred shipping method to our Los Angeles, CA return address.
3. Include a note inside the package with your order number so we can identify your return.
4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund.
🔙 What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-days return window. Return shipping costs are not covered.
Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk, we aren't responsible for lost packages.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it + in its original packaging.
💸 When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item and will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider/bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us: contact@karliekarlo.com.

💧 Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Definitely! No need to take it off. Our jewelry is 100% made from stainless steel or sterling silver/S925. It's water- and sweat proof, and designed to last without tarnishing or fading.
🔧 Do you cover repairs?
Yes! If your jewelry has a defect, we’ll repair or replace it. Contact us with details and photos of the issue.
🧼 How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best store them in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch when not in use. To maintain its shine, simply use a jewelry cleaning cloth once in awhile.
📏 How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you find your perfect fit. Still unsure? Reach out and we’ll gladly guide you!
💛 Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes — our pieces are crafted with sensitive skin in mind. We use materials like stainless steel and S925.
